    Single Malt Scotch Tasting Notes

Single malt scotch is whisky that comes from a single distillery, although they can be blended from different barrels (or batches) from that distillery.

Single malts combines whisky from different casks and of varying ages together, allowing the distilleries to blend their whisky together to find a balance of flavors. It's a true representation of what a distillery wants to be known for.

Explore with me the diverse expressions of single malt scotch whisky with these tasting notes.

Coupling that with my appreciation of scotches and bourbons, I love to bake stuff, jot down my whisky tasting notes, and share my experiences with you!
