Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Bourbon is in a class by itself, and there are strict laws defining it. Broadly speaking, bourbon has to be at least 51% corn-based (with other grains like wheat, rye, and barley making up the balance) and aged in new, charred oak barrels.
Beyond that, flavor profiles run the gamut. Bourbon is know for being produced in Kentucky, but distilleries other states have their own take on bourbon whisky. Here you'll find the tasting notes of the bourbons I've tried.
