I've tried spirits that aren't scotch or whiskey, like vodka, gin, rum, and tequila. Tasting other liquors and liqueurs is a great way to broaden the palate. Plus, spirits have found their way into my recipes for cocktails and baked goods. I've even made my own limoncello!
