1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp kosher salt

For the dough

1 Tbsp sugar

Ingredients

½ tsp baking soda

⅔ cup milk

¼ cup melted butter

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 Tbsp light brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

For the filling

2 tsp cinnamon

Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp milk

¼ cup melted butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the glaze

1. Whisk the dry & wet ingredients in separate bowls

2. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture to make a soft dough

3. Pat the dough into an 8- x 12-inch rectangle

4. Pour on the melted butter

5. Mix the brown sugar & cinnamon

6. Sprinkle onto the melted butter & press to stick

7. Carefully roll the rectangle into a 12-inch log

8. Cut the log into 8 1-inch pieces

9. Transfer rolls to a muffin pan, cut side up. Reshape as needed

10. Bake at 375˚F for 14 to 15 minutes

11. Stir the glaze ingredients to a pourable consistency

12. Glaze the rolls warm from the oven & serve
